1. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through Miracle Blinds are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required at the time of order. Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent with the order details and delivery timeline.

2. Installation & Service
We provide complimentary installation for all qualifying purchases. Our team will coordinate with you directly to schedule a visit. If your space requires unique access or preparation, you must inform us before the scheduled installation.

3. Product Customization
Our blinds are made to order. As such, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, production begins, and refunds or alterations may not be possible.

4. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. This does not include damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear over time.

5. Returns & Refunds
Since each blind is custom-fitted, we do not accept returns based on size errors, style changes, or customer regret. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Pricing Guarantee
If you find a lower quote for the same product and service, we’ll match it and refund 10% of the difference. This offer applies to written, verified quotes from direct competitors and must be submitted before your order is finalized.
